• When booking our assemblies, one program (topic) is selected per day, presented to one grade (if your grade has more than 4 classes, we will take 2 days to provide enough shows).
• A show (one run-through of the program topic), presented to a single class, will typically run 1 hour each, with 15 minutes to re-set supplies in between shows
• Each class in the grade will have their own show, with the presentation time scheduled and assigned in advance. We strongly recommend one classroom parent or other such volunteer attend each show to help any students who might struggle with following the directions, or staying on task, or even just to help hand out supplies so the pauses between activities remain brief. Helping to keep the whole class moving at a good pace ensures we get through all of the activities in the allotted time.
• Shows typically have a maximum audience size of 28 for lower El, 34 for upper El. ***if your class sizes differ, please let us know when booking, so we can be certain to have enough supplies so everyone can participate!!!
• For your first program with IQ Science, a PTA volunteer must meet the presenter to assure a smooth set up in the room scheduled; after that, a $40 discount will be applied to all programs at which a volunteer assists with set-up.

Prices for a program (a single topic booked for a single grade) depend on the number of shows, which depends on the number of classes in that grade level (each class gets their own show) booked for a particular program
If you've never booked a show with us before, ask us about getting one free program to start (conditions apply)!
For most programs: (the exception to this are the insects shows, which run about $150 cheaper)
1st show = $230
2nd show = $90
Additional shows = $65 each
so, for example, if you were booking the Trees program for your kindergarteners, and you have four classes of kindergarten at your school, the cost for that program would be $230 + $90 + 2($65) = $450. If a PTA volunteer assists with set-up, that would save your school $40 for a total program cost of $410.
